Marine & Sebastien’s Wedding
Marine first made contact with me in 2016 and had already started to plan their big day. A lot of time was needed as most of their guest list, family and friends would be travelling from their home country of France. The logistics of both the day and the time before and after would need some serious planning to enjoy their time at the Paradise Trust.
With Marine and Sebastien being so far from home it was important to them to be able to spend as much quality time with their family as possible. This is why their venue: The Paradise Trust was perfect. They could all stay on site for a few days before and after to relax and enjoy each other’s company. This was a priority right throughout the planning process.
They choose to have their ceremony perched on top of a hill with breathtaking views of the southern alps. It was the best spot to recite their vows and treat their family and friends to exactly what New Zealand has to offer.
Marine looked absolutely stunning as she made her way towards Sebastien waiting for her under the arch they had designed.
The ceremony was conducted in both French and English which was such a treat. I just love to hear the French language, It was also fun to try conversing when I could in their native tongue.
Marine and Sebastien both looked so comfortable in each other company it was so special to watch.
After some unique rituals and traditions, they made their way back to the school house for a relaxed family dinner. They spent time chatting and watching videos sent especially for the occasion from friends who could not make the trip.
I wish them all the best and all the love in the world.
It was such a privilege to work with this couple. They both have so much love and respect for each other and really focused on what was truly important to them at this stage of their lives.
